I led the redesign of ServiceNow’s Mobile Publishing tool, turning it from a buggy legacy product into one users love. Adoption grew 50% year over year, and it’s now a major revenue driver for mobile. I ran research, improved cross-platform guidance, and ensured it scaled across our existing tools.

Designing and Scaling Mobile Platform's System

I co-led the migration to Figma, built our mobile libraries, and created a contribution model that now supports 15+ teams. I also contributed to the system itself and wrote documentation to help both internal and external teams design efficiently with consistency.
